cTrace Solutions is seeking an IT Program Delivery Coordinator in Seattle, WA. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus
Location: Seattle, WAÂ
Compensation: $60-$70per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Standard business hours; occasional after-hours support
Contract length: The initial contract position is through August 31, 2026, and will be extended in the new budget year starting September 1, 2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT operations, projects, and resources
- Manage incidents, requests, releases, and system changes
- Run Agile processes (stand-ups, sprints, backlog)
- Support testing, deployments, and upgrades
- Improve processes, workflows, and SLAs
- Maintain documentation and ServiceNow dashboards
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors
Requirements
- 5+ years coordinating IT operations, projects, or enterprise service delivery
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/work management platforms
- Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery workflows
- Experience coordinating releases, system changes, and UAT activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred: PowerSchool, K–12/public sector, PMP/Agile/ITIL certifications
