Project Coordinator/Office Engineer

In this role you will get to work on an exciting mega project in the Rail and Transit Industry. With minimal supervision, independently performs all aspects of field engineering assignments including development of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods and systems for an assigned project, or a designated area of a large project. Incumbent is also responsible for reviewing the performance of subcontractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted construction technology and standards, and the acceptable standardization of materials and supplies.

– Desired Professional Qualifications
a. 3–8 years of experience supporting construction, engineering, or transit projects.
b. Strong organizational and communication skills.
c. Experience with document control systems, including Kahua and SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
d. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
e. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

-Transportation & Construction experience
  • PM- 5+ yrs min of experience
  • Bus experience, BRT, rail experience
  • Managing projects over $30M
  • Strong Communication and Leadership skills
