To thrive as anĀ Order Puller,Ā you must be physically able to lift between 40 and 75Ā lbs, repeatedly, all day.Ā The job is not hard to master, but it is physicallyĀ demanding,Ā and you should be working and lifting safely at all times.Ā Being reliable with our attendance expectations isĀ required, as is a high school diploma. YouĀ don’tĀ need anyĀ previousĀ experience inĀ paintĀ or warehousing.Ā We’llĀ teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career.Ā

Ā

In this role,Ā you’reĀ one of the most critical people in the operation. Each day you will fill ordersĀ utilizingĀ a scanner gun. After scanning, you will manually lift the cases or buckets onto pallets and then use aĀ riderĀ jack to deliver the pallets to the loading department. You will work in a safe,Ā timely, andĀ accurateĀ manner to keep our shipping department running smoothly, keep the drivers on schedule, and allow us to get paint into stores that depend on us.Ā

Ā

Ā

Here’sĀ whatĀ we’reĀ looking for from you:Ā

Ā

  • Attend training. YouĀ won’tĀ be out on the floor pulling orders until you are fully trained.Ā Ā You’llĀ begin with lots of safety training and other education.Ā

  • Safety. We have a meeting and do stretches at the beginning of each shift to warm up and get ready to safely lift paint all day.Ā You will be required to wear proper safety equipment, including steel toed shoes at all times.Ā We’reĀ very proudĀ of our safety record and want you to be part of that.Ā

  • Heavy lifting. The orders come to youĀ electronicallyĀ and you will pull cases or buckets of paint and load them by hand onto pallets. Cases weigh about 40Ā lbsĀ and buckets are 75 lbs.Ā Ā

  • A clean facility. You may have worked in dusty or grimy warehouses before, but we pride ourselves on how clean our facility is. We appreciate your help keeping it clean.Ā

  • Diploma or GED. A high school diploma orĀ GEDĀ isĀ required.Ā

Ā

Ā

Here’sĀ what we offer you:Ā

  • Competitive pay and quarterly bonus opportunities with a $3/hrĀ shift differential for all shifts that start at 12PM or laterĀ Ā Ā

  • Accrue 15 paid days off your first year plus sick daysĀ

  • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% match. Annual retirement profit sharing paymentsĀ

  • Competitive health plans for individuals and familiesĀ
