Community Services Coordinator - Part Time, Â On Site
The Community Services Coordinator supports the daily operations of Providence Regina House’s food and clothing bank, ensuring community members can access essential resources in a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment. This role serves as a key point of support for individuals and families seeking assistance and helps connect them to food, clothing, and community resources that support stability and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day food and clothing bank operations, including intake, supervise volunteers, and client flow
- Greet and assist community members with warmth, dignity, and cultural humility
- Provide resource navigation and referrals to internal programs and external community partners
- Maintain accurate client records and service data while protecting confidentiality
- Support inventory tracking, distribution, and organization of food and clothing supplies
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners to ensure equitable and efficient service delivery
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and accessibility standards in shared community spaces
- Support compliance with food safety, health, and organizational policies

Required Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Experience working in human services, food access, or community-based programs
- Must be able to obtain WA Food Worker Card within one month of hire.
- Must have valid WA State driver’s license and proof of personal auto insurance or ability to obtain within one month of hire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse populations
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
