Part-Time Concierge

At Indigo Real Estate, we attribute much of our properties' success to the strengths of our team members, and we are seeking a part-time Concierge who is passionate about customer service, building positive resident relationships, and creating a welcoming community environment.

Job Summary

The Concierge is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for residents and guests while supporting the daily operations of the community's common areas and amenities. As a visible and approachable member of the property team, the Concierge will serve as a resource for residents, assist with general questions and requests, and help maintain an organized and welcoming environment.

The Concierge will help observe incoming package activity, maintain the organization of designated package areas, assist residents with general package-related questions, and promptly communicate concerns involving misplaced, damaged, or unattended packages to the appropriate member of the management team.

This position does not assume responsibility for the security or condition of packages but serves as an additional point of support and communication for residents.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when addressing resident concerns or challenging situations.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with a diverse resident population.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player, willing to help out wherever needed.
• Ability to perform light cleaning and event setup duties, including bending, kneeling, standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items as required.
• Position requires weekend and holiday work.
