Harborview Medical Center is a Level I Adult and Pediatric trauma center as well as regional burn center for a four-state region; a teaching and research hospital for the University of Washington; and a public/safety-net hospital for our diverse community.
Working in the Psych Emergency Service unit is a unique opportunity for a psych nurse looking to take on the challenge of something different every day.
UNIT
Assist patients who arrive at the Emergency Room in Psychiatric crisis.
Maintain a safe environment, as one of their primary tasks.
Patient assessment, and triage.

24/7 security
SCHEDULE
90% Day shift
REQUIRMENTS
Graduated from a accredited school of nursing
Have/obtain a WA state nursing license to practice
One or more years in psych nursing or acute care setting

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details
Pay Range Minimum:
$46.97 hourlyPay Range Maximum:
$87.02 hourlyOther Compensation:
BSN or Higher premium $1.00/hr.
Certification premium $1.25/hr
Weekend shift differential $4.00/hr
