The Program Manager, Enterprise Planning, plays a key role in shaping enterprise planning. This position leads improvements in planning processes to deliver effective, accurate, and actionable plans. The Program Manager drives alignment across Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Commercial, Real Estate, and Customer Planning. Documenting and elevating critical assumptions, risks, and strategies ensures they come together in one clear enterprise plan. By coordinating the planning cadence, maintaining governance, and partnering on reporting and forecasting, the Program Manager helps the organization make better recommendations faster.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Planning, aligning with business goals.
  • Guide development of the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) and manage change initiatives tied to planning processes.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and checkpoint meetings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain best-practice methodologies and evolve processes based on industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align actions and contingency plans with enterprise goals.
  • Drive improvements in business results through effective coordination and focus on solutions.
  • Communicate meeting outcomes with clear recommendations, risks, and opportunities.
  • Act as liaison between functional areas to ensure alignment on operational execution.
  • Provide insight and guidance to leadership on initiatives impacting supply chain and enterprise planning.
  • Educate peers and managers on best practices in program and project management.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills; ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with planning tools, reporting, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of IBP/S&OP or enterprise planning frameworks preferred.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain or related field
  • Has over 5 years of experience as a Program Manager. Has managed multiple cross-divisional projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment. Preferably has managed an S&OP, S&OE, or Agile Program.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Advanced knowledge of program and project management methodology
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced Problem-solving skills: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple assignments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Working Knowledge of Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, DC and retail operations
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
