Inclusive Learning Specialist (Full-Time Opportunity)

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through data-driven practices
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with student goals.
- Participate in evaluations, team meetings, and multidisciplinary planning.
- Partner with general education teachers to promote inclusive classroom strategies.
- Create, implement, and manage compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Completion of a recognized Special Education preparation program.
- Strong understanding of IDEA guidelines and IEP development.
- Valid Washington State Special Education Teaching Certification (P–12) or eligibility to obtain.
- Successful completion of required Washington state certification exams (e.g., WEST-E or equivalent).
