Located in Sebring in northeast Ohio at the crossroads of Mahoning, Columbiana and Stark counties. It’s an ideal blend of serene country living with the conveniences of nearby city life. What's your day like?

As a Cook at Copeland Oaks, you will begin each day preparing for meal services by reviewing menus, inventory, and dietary requirements specific to our residents. You will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of nutritious meals, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Your day will consist of cooking, plating, and serving meals, as well as collaborating with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow.

Expect to work Variable Shifts, which may include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays to ensure all meal periods are covered. You will also participate in kitchen cleanliness duties, including ensuring your work areas and equipment are clean and sanitized.

You will be expected to follow nutrition and dietary restrictions specific to seniors, enabling you to create balanced meals that cater to diverse needs and preferences. Excellent time management skills are crucial, as you will need to plan and execute meals efficiently during peak service times. Additionally, effective communication and teamwork skills will be important, as you will collaborate with kitchen staff and interact with residents, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
