ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Collaborates professionally within CHS departments to ensure quality functionality and condition of premises. Practices autonomy when making decisions that are appropriate for independent judgement and consults Manager of Transportation and Maintenance when necessary. Performs corrective and preventative maintenance tasks of great variety with a professional and practical mind and attention to detail. Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Associates Degree, or technical certificate from an accredited college in a related field. 3+ years of maintenance experience. An equivalent combination of experiences and education may be considered. OSHA certified preferred. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Must have valid drivers license.
