For over 20 years, Convertible Solutions has been a leader in digitally printable paper products and pre-converted substrates. We create innovative products that help our customers save time and reduce waste while delivering outstanding quality. This is an entry-level position that’s a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. No previous packing experience is required—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. We’re looking for a dependable team member who enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing quality work, and works well with others. Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift Occasional overtime may be available. What You’ll Do As a Packer, you’ll help prepare finished products for shipment and make sure our customers receive quality products in excellent condition. You’ll work with our production and shipping teams in a clean manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Package finished products according to customer and company requirements. Stack and organize boxes on pallets for safe shipping. Apply labels and verify products are packed correctly. Count finished products and assist with basic calculations as needed. Keep packing supplies stocked and let the team know when supplies are running low. Help keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Work together with teammates to keep production running smoothly. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For A dependable person who arrives on time and is ready to work. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to work well with others and communicate respectfully. Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely carry boxes, including up and down a ladder when needed. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
