To be considered for this role, candidates MUST: Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture. Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members. Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service to guests from arrival to departure, while maximizing room occupancy. Ensures all check-ins and check-outs are handled in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. Maintains full knowledge of Ambiente's services and offerings to maximize guest experiences and provide awareness of the services available on property. Provides information about local area activities and events, transportation, restaurants, and tours. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality. Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
