As a Welder, you will use your MIG, TIG, and Stick welding expertise to fabricate, assemble, and repair stainless steel components for custom-engineered systems. This role is hands-on, team-driven, and critical to our production success.Â
Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on stainless steel and other materials as neededÂ
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, welding symbols, and schematic drawings to complete fabrication tasksÂ
- Fabricate and assemble structural and pressure components to tight tolerancesÂ
- Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts safely and effectivelyÂ
- Conduct quality checks on welds and assemblies to ensure alignment with engineering standardsÂ
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all safety protocols and proceduresÂ
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams of technicians, engineers, and operatorsÂ
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving drive, bringing energy and excitement to technically challenging workÂ
- Maintain reliable attendance, arriving on time and ready to contributeÂ
- Take ownership of additional duties as needed to support Company goalsÂ

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Certification in welding (preferred but not required)Â
- Proven experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, preferably with stainless steelÂ
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsÂ
- Familiarity with fabrication equipment and hand toolsÂ
- Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED
- Must have effective verbal, reading, and written communication skills in the English language

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Compensation for this role is between $26.00 - 42.00 hourly
- Additional pay may apply for off-shift hours, off-site work, or special assignments
- This role may qualify for a discretionary bonus, recognizing outstanding contributions to team and company success

The range provided is Sedron’s estimate of the base compensation for this role and the final offer will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location. Compensation may be adjusted within this range to reflect regional cost-of-living differences in states where Sedron is hiring.
