Campers Inn RV is looking for a Sublet Coordinator. The Sublet Coordinator is responsible for managing all sublet activity for the Tampa location, serving as the central point of contact between internal teams and external vendors. This role oversees the full lifecycle of sublet work from scheduling unit pickups and returns, to creating and applying purchase orders, to verifying quality and closing out completed jobs. The Sublet Coordinator ensures seamless communication between Service Advisors, Technicians, and vendors to keep the service flow on track and maintain accurate job costing.

Essential Job Functions

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Coordinate all sublet activity (internal + external vendors) for Tampa
  • Schedule and track unit movement to/from sublet vendors
  • Ensure timely pickup and return of units to avoid delays in service flow
  • Create accurate POs for all sublet work
  • Apply POs to corresponding ROs to ensure proper job costing
  • Receive and close out POs once work is completed and verified
  • Maintain clear communication with:
    • Service Advisors
    • Technicians
    • Vendors
  • Track status of all sublet units and provide updates as needed
  • Ensure all sublet work meets quality expectations before closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sublet vendors
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new sublet vendors

Qualifications

  • Education: 
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • License & Certifications:
    • Valid Driver’s License and good driving record is required
  • Experience:
    • At least one year of experience in the RV industry is preferred
  • Abilities: 
    • Knowledgeable regarding recreational vehicles and travel trailers systems
    • Excellent analytical skills with the capabilities to be flexible and work with people 
    • Detail oriented ability to guide customers through the process of a purchase or sale
    • Ability to work independently and strive to obtain goals
    • Ability to use a computer and other office supplies
    • Knowledge or ability to learn company systems software such as Motility Systems2k as well as other applicable software
    • Ability to travel locally
