Lippert is excited to announce we will be relocating our RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX! This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026. Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed!

 

Fabrication Team Leader

 

Our Team Leaders are responsible for providing guidance and instruction to our Team Members. Team Leaders will serve as mentors and support a production group of 10-15 Members.  A successful Team Leader will have the ability to build meaningful relationships with their team, ensure a safe, productive work environment and have a passion for leading and developing people. This is a Fri-Sun Shift,  5pm-5am.  Work 34.5 hours and be paid for 40 hours.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily activities of the team.
  • Motivate team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Recognize and celebrate top performers.
  • Recognize and provide instructional opportunities to improve Team Member performance.
  • Promote workplace safety procedures.
  • Ability to problem solve in real time.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.

 Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment helpful, but not required.
    • Prior experience supporting or leading a team.
    • Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring devices helpful.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills
  • Physical, Mental and Visual Skills:  This is an active role that requires standing and walking for a 10–12-hour shift.  Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday.
