HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Provide excellent customer service and provide support in after sales service
- Assist in stock management
- Collect customer data on sales floor and input customer database accordingly
- Provide support in other daily administrative duties in the boutique as required
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- 2 years relevant experience in sales or customer service
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in using Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Customer oriented, good presentation and communication skills
