The Ideal candidate must be mechanically inclined and willing to perform a range of chores which will include general small repairs, landscaping, painting, and janitorial. You must have reliable transportation to get to work. You must have a clean driver license to operate our van when necessary.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform in various weather conditions.
Previous experience in groundskeeping and landscaping.
Ability to operate electric hand tools such as drills, saws, leaf blowers. Riding Grass Mower a plus.
Use hand tools such as rakes, shovels,
Ability to work independently and with others are essential.
Operate tools such as pressure cleaner
Duties may include but not limited to:
Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Painting
Maintain & irrigate gardens & other landscaped areas.
Blow off parking lots & grounds using gas powered blower.
Plant new flowers when necessary.
Clean & maintain outdoor furniture & fixtures throughout property.
Remove litter and debris from outdoor areas.
Empty garbage
Perform general groundskeeping duties including weeding and trimming.

- 8 hour shift
