What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate color blending and material handling equipment to produce cement products that meet quality specifications.
  • Monitor mix formulations, production processes, and inventory levels to ensure efficient terminal operations.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to support safe and reliable production.
  • Load, unload, and transfer raw materials and finished products while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a productive workplace.

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production and material handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain product quality and blending accuracy.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn terminal processes, equipment, and operating procedures.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Dependable work ethic with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
  • Must be able to certify forklift operation-training provided,
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 94lb bags.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
