As a vertically integrated aviation company offering FBO services, FAA Part 145 Maintenance, Aircraft Management, and Part 135 Charter, we control the full client experience from ramp to runway. The Lear 45 Pilot is responsible for safe, precise, and professional Part 135 operations while representing a premium brand. This position demands sound judgment, operational excellence, and a service mindset that exceeds expectations.

Requirements

  

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute Part 135 charter operations with precision and professionalism
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning and risk assessment
  • Maintain strict compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs
  • Deliver premium-level client service throughout each mission
  • Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and crew
  • Manage domestic and international logistics seamlessly
  • Ensure aircraft readiness, presentation, and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

  • ATP Certificate
  • 2,000+ hours total time
  • 1,500+ hours multi-engine time
  • Turbine experience required
  • Strong Part 135 knowledge and regulatory discipline
  • Excellent CRM and decision-making capability
  • Valid passport with no travel restrictions

Preferred

  • Learjet type rating
  • Charter experience
  • Strong EFB and scheduling platform proficiency
  • Client-facing professionalism
