Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

WE LOVE OUR WORK.

- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Assists guests with locating assigned seating within the venue. - Assists guest in locating ticket areas; maintains and follows up on event ticket passes and assigned areas; keeps aisles and walkways clear. - Notifies higher level management of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely manner. - Attends and participates in professional group meetings; maintains awareness of new trends and innovations in the field of customer service. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required. - Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. - Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off as needed.
