The Production Assistant will efficiently translate concepts and ideas as a liaison between field personnel, Accounting and other operating teams.  Job Duties & Responsibilities  •    Design, build, and distribute various production, variance and exception-based reporting. •    Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel, OneNote, Outlook and Word to carry out daily tasks that involve data entry, coordination between teams, assisting with projects involving multiple departments, etc. •    Performs routine clerical activities as needed to support the field operations such as handling invoices, tracking payments, fleet management, among other things. •    Work with corporate and field teams to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and accuracy for the organization. •    Ability and willingness to learn new areas and competencies. Preferred Skills •    Strong attention to detail. •    Process management. •    Have knowledge of accounting practices. •    Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong desire for constant challenge. •    Willingness to go above and beyond expected duties for the improvement of the company and team members. •    Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting team members from multiple departments and positions on a daily basis to help achieve team goals.
