Job DetailsJob Location: Senatobia, MS 38668Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: 3rd a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Production Supervisor 3rd Shift Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety and quality performance, and develop a high-performing production team on our 3rd Shift working Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with prior manufacturing supervision experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead and supervise production employees while overseeing daily department operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management. Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, training programs, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Drive quality excellence by training employees on customer requirements, monitoring quality processes, documenting inspections, and managing non-conforming products. Improve productivity and efficiency by monitoring production performance, minimizing downtime, and coordinating with Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve operational issues. Manage employee performance through coaching, training, performance feedback, attendance management, discipline, conflict resolution, and employee development. Maintain accurate production, quality, and labor records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Conduct department meetings, audits, and leader standard work reviews to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with Plant Leadership, Human Resources, Safety, and other teams to achieve production goals and maintain effective communication throughout the organization. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a management-related field preferred. Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate production teams. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production metrics, quality systems, and workplace safety. Experience reading blueprints and part drawings. Knowledge of finishing operations and aluminum paint processes preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
