ResponsibilitiesÂ
As Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:Â
- Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
- Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.Â
- Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
- Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.Â
- Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
Qualifications
- Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.Â
- This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
- The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility. Â
