Ag Processing Inc is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as a Utility Technician at our Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, facility. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in manufacturing with a company that invests in employee growth and advancement.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently while training to grow into a Material Handler position.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain equipment, tank farms, and outdoor work areas

• Assist with handling processing materials and operational supplies

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility

• Train and develop skills for advancement into the Material Handler role

• Support daily plant operations and assist with additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen

• Ability to speak, read, and write English

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a physically active environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, pull, climb stairs, and perform physical labor throughout the shift

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Basic math and problem-solving skills are helpful

• Commitment to workplace safety and following company policies

• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime during peak production periods
