RWK Services, Inc is seeking a part-time evening Office Cleaner/Quality Inspector for various office locations on the east and west sides.
The position requires previous office cleaning experience and offers a pay rate of $15.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement for travel.
Responsibilities include conducting quality inspections of tenant and office building areas and reviewing scores with the cleaning staff.
Candidates must have a reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and the ability to work independently while being detail-oriented.
Physical requirements include the ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, lifting up to 25lbs, and passing a pre-employment background check.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30 -9:30 pm

Pay: $15.00/HR

Mileage Reimbursement for Travel

Responsibilities for the position will include completing quality inspections of the tenant and office building areas, scoring on quality and then sending to supervision to review with the cleaning staff.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Previous office cleaning experience is preferred

2. Have a reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance 3. Be detail-oriented 4. Be able to work independently 4. Pass a pre-employment background check 5. Physically able to walk, stand, repetitive bending forward, push/pull objects, repetitive lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs, kneeling down, reaching & grasping, repetitive arm movements and occasional climbing.
