What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, PCA, or CNA, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity by:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care

Building meaningful relationships through companionship and emotional support

Monitoring residents' well-being and promptly reporting changes

Assisting with medication reminders as permitted by community policy

Encouraging resident engagement in activities and social programs

Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided

Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to ensure excellent resident care

Creating a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their families
What We're Looking For
β Must be at least 18 years old
β High school diploma or GED
β One year of caregiving, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred
β CNA certification welcomed but not required for all caregiver positions
β CPR/First Aid certification preferred
β Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screening
β Compassionate, dependable, patient, and team-oriented
β Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus
