What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, PCA, or CNA, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity by:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care

  • Building meaningful relationships through companionship and emotional support

  • Monitoring residents' well-being and promptly reporting changes

  • Assisting with medication reminders as permitted by community policy

  • Encouraging resident engagement in activities and social programs

  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided

  • Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to ensure excellent resident care

  • Creating a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their families

What We're Looking For

βœ” Must be at least 18 years old

βœ” High school diploma or GED

βœ” One year of caregiving, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred

βœ” CNA certification welcomed but not required for all caregiver positions

βœ” CPR/First Aid certification preferred

βœ” Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screening

βœ” Compassionate, dependable, patient, and team-oriented

βœ” Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus
