Join the Boot Factory Outlet Team as a Stock Associate!

 We pride ourselves on customer service and of course great boots. We have over 20,000 boots in stock and carry national brands such as Justin, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Harley Davidson, Sterling River and more. Our Sevierville retail store is seeking a full time Stock Associate to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stockroom while ensuring that our sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise deliveries and assist in unloading shipments

Stock shelves and displays with products in a timely manner

Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom

Maintain regular and prompt attendance

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers

Support sales associates by providing requested items promptly.

Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.

A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.

A high school diploma or GED.

The ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise as needed

Previous retail or stock experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements: (bending, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift) 

• Ability to freely access all areas of the selling floor, stock area, and the ability to stand for entire shift.
• The ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the stock area, generally weighing 0 - 50 pounds.
