Job Description:

As a Bartender, you play a key role in creating a refined and welcoming bar experience for our members and guests. You are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages with precision, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Your ability to engage members, manage the bar efficiently, and maintain impeccable standards contributes to the elevated service experience expected in a private club environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests promptly and professionally at the bar.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club recipes and service standards.
Offer knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
Accurately process orders and payments while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
Monitor member and guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines.
Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist with setup, service, and breakdown for special events, banquets, and private functions.
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as club policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar beverage service role.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to member service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items up to 30 pounds.
Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol.
Current alcohol service certification preferred.
