Food Runner/Busser

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food from the kitchen to tables promptly, accurately, and with care.
   
• Assist servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service.
   
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house support areas.
   
• Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed to enhance the member experience.
   
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff regarding table needs, timing, and guest requests.
   
• Support setup and breakdown of dining rooms, banquets, and special events.
   
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and club service standards.
   
• Anticipate service needs and assist the team to ensure smooth service flow.
   

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a food runner, busser, or hospitality support role preferred, but not required.
   
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
   
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
   
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support others.
   
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
   
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry trays, dishware, or items up to 30 pounds.
   
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
