As a Server, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. You will deliver warm, attentive, and professional service while taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every detail of the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.

• Present menus, answer questions, and offer thoughtful recommendations on food and beverage selections.

• Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar staff.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of service throughout the dining experience.

• Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas remain clean, organized, and inviting.

• Address member and guest inquiries or concerns with courtesy, professionalism, and a solutions‑focused approach.

• Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Support the setup and breakdown of events, banquets, and special functions as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a serving or hospitality position.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Familiarity with food and beverage service standards and best practices.

• Ability to lift and carry trays or items up to 20 pounds.

• Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol.
