Car Wash Sales Representative

Job Type

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years. Customer Service & Sales experience
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent plus up to 18 months of additional training
Education Desired: Associate's Degree
Lifting Requirements: 25 pounds

Job Responsibilities
Proactively greet and engage with all customers entering the wash area
Understand car wash packages and “Unlimited” program details
Be knowledgeable of competitor offerings and prices
Act as a brand ambassador when communicating with customers
Suggestively sell “Unlimited” carwash subscriptions, or upsell customers on car wash packages
Manage traffic volume effectively to maximize throughput of cars
Cover the wash bay when needed
