As a Senior Project Manager, you'll serve as a trusted leader, mentor, and problem solver, guiding projects from preconstruction through completion while helping shape the future of our organization. What You'll Do:

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll provide leadership and oversight for multiple projects while serving as a key resource for clients, project teams, subcontractors, and company leadership.

Your Impact:

Lead large-scale and complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and field teams
Drive schedule adherence and ensure project milestones are achieved
Resolve challenges and make critical decisions to maintain project success
Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction remain top priorities
Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term company growth

Qualifications:

10+ years of construction project management experience
5+ years managing large commercial, industrial, municipal, healthcare, education, or design-build projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls
Experience leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong financial and operational management experience
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
Strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
