We’re looking for an Architectural Drafter — a creative powerhouse who can turn big ideas into build-ready plans and loves being part of a team that actually constructs what it designs. If you enjoy blending creativity with real-world impact, this is your stage.

What You’ll Be Creating

• Detailed architectural and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Real-world agricultural and commercial buildings across Wisconsin
• Clean, code-smart plans that flow seamlessly from concept to construction
• Visual solutions alongside architects, engineers, and sales pros

You’ll take rough sketches, napkin ideas, and big visions — and transform them into polished, practical plans that crews can confidently build from. And you’ll do it in a fast-moving, high-energy environment where collaboration fuels creativity.

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• A solid understanding of how buildings actually come together in the field
• Clear communication skills and sharp problem-solving instincts
• A creative eye backed by technical precision
• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
• 3D rendering skills? Even better — we love someone who can bring designs to life visually
