 Job purpose 

Maintain general cleanliness of the facility. 

Duties and responsibilities 

• Clean tables in breakroom and production office. 
• Mopping floors: Breakroom, Production office, Locker room, bathrooms, the safety walkway, etc. 
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures. 
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. 
• Collecting and throwing away trash from all trash bins in breakroom, designated offices, bathrooms, locker rooms, etc. 
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools. 
• Gather and dispose of trash/recyclables. 
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and operate floor cleaning equipment. 
• Notify management of the need for repairs or additions to building systems. 
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships. 
• Follow safety procedures. 
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or company activities. 
• Restock paper products, soap, and sanitation supplies. 
• Monitor inventory of supplies. 
• Dusting cobwebs in buildings. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

Able to read, write and speak English. 

High school diploma or equivalent. 

Working conditions 

• Occasional lifting, walking, traveling up and down stairs, standing, sitting, squatting and bending in various positions. 
• Daily exposed to noise, dust, fumes, and odors. Physical exertion is required. 
• Hard hat, ear plugs, vision protection, metguard shoes, and high visibility clothing is required when walking the premises.

Physical requirements 

• Lift minimum of 50 pounds. 
• Bend, walk, reach, and climb. 
• Ability to see and hear.
