Essential Job Functions
- Adhere to all company safety standards to ensure personal and team safety.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
- Identify, address, and report potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform effective first-time repairs.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be available for overtime as needed for urgent repairs and project.
Education, Experience, and Knowledge
- High School Diploma required
- Trade School background preferred
- Experience with Industrial Electronics & Controls
Skills and Requirements
- Strong electrical aptitude
- Ability to read voltmeters and other precision tools
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Troubleshooting capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Basic computer literacy
- Team-oriented mindset
