Essential Job Functions

  • Adhere to all company safety standards to ensure personal and team safety.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
  • Identify, address, and report potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Perform effective first-time repairs.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Be available for overtime as needed for urgent repairs and project.

Education, Experience, and Knowledge

  • High School Diploma required
  • Trade School background preferred
  • Experience with Industrial Electronics & Controls

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong electrical aptitude
  • Ability to read voltmeters and other precision tools
  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Troubleshooting capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Team-oriented mindset
