Job DetailsJob Location: Seymour, IN 47274Position Type: Full TimeLocation: Seymour, IN Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:00pm Employment Type: Full-Time   Guardian Bikes is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for material handling, kanban management and warehouse support.   Key Responsibilities Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts) Monitor, pull, and replenish Kanban bins, shelves, and supermarket Label, tag, and wrap materials/products for storage or shipping Perform regular cycle counts and report discrepancies Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Support warehouse and production teams as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Perform other duties as assigned   Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Prior warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred but not required Ability to safely operate forklifts or willingness to be trained Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team   Schedule & Overtime Overtime may be required based on business and production needs, including extended hours or occasional weekends   Why Work at Guardian Bikes?
