About the Role:

The Safety Improvement & Development Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing workplace safety standards across the organization. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel including formatting and document creation.
  • The ability to create and deliver professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint or similar platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as being comfortable presenting information to large groups with clarity and confidence
  • Skilled in facilitating productive discussion, conflict resolution and delivering training sessions
  • OSHA 30 or higher safety related certificates or education strongly requested
