Manufacturing Technician, 1st Shift

Responsible for troubleshooting machine failures and various shortstop improvements.  Confirmation and keeping of good machine conditions and training.  Assist in 3-Pillar, kaizen activities and preventative maintenance.  Involved with controllable tracking and assisting in meeting cost KPI's.  Candidate will be involved in transitioning into the new bind bar and active spat roles of mass production.

• Candidate must have a good knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems. 
• Candidate must be safety-minded due to all of the equipment they would be working with.
• Previous experience with trouble shooting and repairs is preferred. 
• Previous team leader experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be familiar with Microsoft excel for data logging.
