About the Opportunity:Â
Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor responsible to oversee and assure compliance with product quality and food safety programs at the facilities. In addition, assist with Quality and Food Safety training for all facility personnel, assist with coordinating and performing internal plant audits, and prepare for outside audits at facilities. Whether you are a current GPG team member looking to grow your career or a professional seeking a rewarding opportunity in agriculture, this position offers the chance to contribute to one of the world’s largest carrot and organic vegetable grower, packer, and shippers. What You Will Need:
- Four-year degree in Biology, Food Science, or related field preferred but not required in lieu of direct experience.
- Must have knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety.
- Must be able to read and write procedures, update existing documents and develop and create new Food Safety manuals.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all aspects of the job at all times.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain high quality standards without supervision.
- Occasional travel to various Grimmway facilities may be required.Â
- Remote work not available for this position.
- Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
