Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle, including regular inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating a company vehicle
• Accurately process cash and card payments from customers, maintaining proper records and handling money responsibly
• Verify order accuracy before leaving the store and upon delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any concerns or special requests
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency
• Report any vehicle damage, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to management immediately
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct while representing Domino's to customers
• Communicate effectively with store staff regarding delivery status and any order issues
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and delivery protocols
• Assist with store operations as needed, including order preparation and packaging during peak hours
• Build positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
