Contribute to the hiring process by screening applicants and assisting with recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process and prepare reports.
- Screen applications and complete phone interviews.
- Assist with onboarding activities when necessary.
- Maintain candidate records and databases.
- Communicate with candidates and provide updates.Â
Qualifications:
Some college coursework preferred, especially in Human Resources
Business Administration, or a related field or previous experience in Recruiting, employee relations, or HR functionsÂ
Strong organizational and multitasking skillsÂ
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesÂ
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)Â
Ability to handle confidential information discreetlyÂ
Attention to detail and accuracyÂ
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysÂ
