At PowerPusher, we design and manufacture innovative powered tugs and material handling equipment that help businesses move heavy loads safely and efficiently around the world. We're looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Associate to help grow our brand, support our dealer network, and generate new business.

What You'll Do

• Execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events from planning to execution
• Create engaging content, including emails, videos, product collateral, and social media posts
• Manage website content and social media platforms
• Support new product launches and dealer marketing initiatives
• Partner with Sales to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships
• Measure campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience
• Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, digital marketing, and website management
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial marketing
• Trade show and event management experience
• Graphic design or video editing skills
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
• Experience supporting dealer or distributor networks

Location

Hybrid position based in Shakopee, Minnesota, with regular in-office collaboration and flexibility for remote work as business needs allow.
