We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who knows how to build and scale operations in a growing, smaller-company environment. The right person has experience building teams, processes, and structure from the ground up-not simply stepping into an already established operation.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and materials operations.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean initiatives and operational efficiencies that improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Quality, and IT to support business growth.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Experience in fabrication, welding, assembly, or engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred.
• Experience building or significantly improving manufacturing operations and processes.
• Strong purchasing, inventory, and supply chain management experience.
• ERP/MRP experience required (NetSuite preferred).
• A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and driving results.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $61,838–$120,000 per year (based on experience)
