This is an entry-level, hourly, seasonal position with an anticipated start date during the week of May 12, 2025.

Support the HR department by handling administrative tasks, assisting with associate onboarding, maintaining employment records, and facilitating smooth daily operations.Â
Responsibilities:
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and paperwork processing.Â
- Maintain associate records and files.Â
- Assist with employee relations and communications.Â
- Coordinate training and development programs.Â
- Handle confidential information with discretion.Â
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with an average of 40 hr/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Some college coursework preferred, especially in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or previous experience in HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, or HR trainingÂ
- Strong organizational and multitasking skillsÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesÂ
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)Â
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetlyÂ
- Attention to detail and accuracyÂ
