At Southeastern Integrated Care (SEIC), our mission is “to improve the lives we serve with comprehensive integrated health services, not bound by convention.” We are seeking a full-time QP to support our Community Support Team (CST) in Shallotte, NC.

Your impact on the team’s mission

The QP is a vital role on the SEIC enhanced services team providing community-based care and case management. They ensure that all clients receive high-quality care in their home or community location. 

Some of the daily activities you would do as the Qualified Professional are:

  • Coordinating care and advocating for clients
  • Updating PCP’s and entering documentation into the system
  • Participate in developing PCPs.
  • Ensuring the quality care and safety of the individuals served

Position details, compensation, and benefits.

This position is Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm with late afternoon flexibility for the needs of the clients served. To care for our team members, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for all benefit eligible positions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities you will bring.

  • Must meet the requirements of a NC Qualified Mental Health Professional
    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience with the population served.
  • Must possess a current, valid, NC driver’s license and insurance with a clean driving record.
  • If offered a position, all offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of an extensive background check, motor vehicle records check, drug screening and required education verification as well as licensure or certification credentialing with our team.
