Security Officer - Healthcare Setting
Location: Sharon, CT
Pay Rate: $22.15/hour
Hours per Week: 48
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 08:00 to 20:00 (4x12-hour shifts)

We’re looking for a professional, reliable Security Officer to join our team at a healthcare facility in Sharon, CT. If you care about safety, enjoy helping people, and want to be part of something meaningful, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Provide a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors
Monitor entrances, exits, and overall facility activity
Conduct regular patrols of the interior and exterior of the site
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations calmly and professionally
Enforce site policies and procedures, including access control
Write clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
Offer excellent customer service and assistance to anyone on site

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED
18 years of age or older
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
Prior security, military, law enforcement, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

Fixed schedule: Friday–Monday, 08:00–20:00
Hours per week: 48
Pay: $22.15 per hour
Overtime may be available based on site needs
