Remote Sales-Driven Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)


This is NOT a basic call-center role.


We are hiring a high-caliber, sales-driven Customer Service Representative for a remote, seasonal position. This role is designed for top performers. Continued employment is based on meeting KPIs and performance expectations.


Who We’re Looking For

This role is for a go-getter who:

  • Is sales-driven and confident selling services and solutions that genuinely help clients
  • Can quickly identify problems and see better, more efficient ways to do things
  • Able to rapidly learn our services and systems and translate that knowledge into confident client conversations and sales
  • Retains a high level of information and applies it accurately
  • Follows established processes while using judgment to make decisions on the fly
  • Works independently without micromanagement
  • Takes ownership of results and outcomes
  • Wants to grow with a company through performance, not tenure


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client interactions professionally and confidently
  • Sell and upsell products/services based on client needs
  • Deliver high-level customer service while driving revenue
  • Accurately document all interactions and follow internal workflows
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes


Seasonal & Performance Expectations

  • This is a seasonal role with clearly defined KPIs
  • Continued employment is dependent on consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • High performers may be considered for future opportunities as the company grows


Requirements

  • Strong sales and customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Ability to work remotely and stay focused and productive
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • High accountability, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset
  • Fast reliable internet
  •  Laptop or desktop that meets company technical specifications (required for remote work)
  • Two working monitors is not required but preferred
  • This role requires a quiet, distraction-free workspace during scheduled work hours to maintain professionalism and performance standards 
  • Ability to work an assigned schedule during business hours
  • Consistent availability during scheduled shifts is required
