Remote Sales-Driven Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)
This is NOT a basic call-center role.
We are hiring a high-caliber, sales-driven Customer Service Representative for a remote, seasonal position. This role is designed for top performers. Continued employment is based on meeting KPIs and performance expectations.

- Is sales-driven and confident selling services and solutions that genuinely help clients

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions professionally and confidently
- Sell and upsell products/services based on client needs
- Deliver high-level customer service while driving revenue
- Accurately document all interactions and follow internal workflows
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes
Seasonal & Performance Expectations
- This is a seasonal role with clearly defined KPIs
- Continued employment is dependent on consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs
- High performers may be considered for future opportunities as the company grows
Requirements
- Strong sales and customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Ability to work remotely and stay focused and productive
- Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- High accountability, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset
- Fast reliable internet
- Â Laptop or desktop that meets company technical specifications (required for remote work)
- Two working monitors is not required but preferred
- This role requires a quiet, distraction-free workspace during scheduled work hours to maintain professionalism and performance standardsÂ
- Ability to work an assigned schedule during business hours
- Consistent availability during scheduled shifts is required
