Position Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to adult clients throughout Oklahoma. In this role, you will meet with clients regularly, discuss their concerns, help them identify goals, and provide clinical support based on their individual needs. This position is a good fit for a therapist who enjoys consistent client work, values flexibility, and is comfortable managing their own caseload in a remote setting.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions
  • Create a comfortable space where clients can discuss personal concerns and goals
  • Identify patterns, challenges, and areas where therapeutic support may be beneficial
  • Guide clients through conversations related to emotional health, relationships, coping, and life changes
  • Determine when adjustments to care or additional support may be needed
  • Keep client information organized and complete required records after sessions
  • Communicate with the clinical team when consultation or coordination is needed
  • Maintain professional boundaries and follow applicable Oklahoma practice requirements
  • Active Oklahoma mental health license
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively through telehealth
  • Strong organization skills and attention to documentation
  • 2 weeks paid time off
