JOB TITLE: Physical Therapist Assistant
ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: CPN Health Services聽

SUPERVISOR: Registered Physical Therapist
FLSA: Exempt
SALARY RANGE: $30,000 - $80,000

ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: 聽In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. 聽
CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening.
JOB SUMMARY: 聽Primarily responsible for patient care as set forth by the treatment plan developed by the licensed and registered Physical Therapist. 聽
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
路 Implement the patient treatment plan established by the PT.
路 Instruct and counsel patients regarding therapeutic procedures.
路 Accurately document changes in the patient鈥檚 condition.
路 Communicate effectively with the supervising PT regarding the patient鈥檚 condition and monitor the treatment plan.
路 Maintain compliance by adhering to CPNHS Policy and Procedure
路 Maintain CEU requirements dictated by the Oklahoma State Medical Board.
路 Maintain a clean working environment.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:聽
路 Perform other duties and projects as requested by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
路 Display competency in skills learned in educational setting
路 Display any site-specific competency required by CPNHS.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
路 Graduate of an accredited PTA program
路 Maintain a current license and be in good standing with the state licensing board.聽
Physical Requirements:
路 Sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
路 Moderate stooping, kneeling, and reaching are required.
路 Performing repetitive work at a computer.
路 Moderate lifting will be required.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:聽
路 Health facility office environment.
