The training coordinator conducts training for new and existing team members in the classroom, in the training cell, and on the production floor. Observes production operations to determine training needs, and updates curriculum as required. Works with other leaders to meet defined and emerging training needs. Monitor and analyze new team member performance to make recommendations for release to production floor. Ability to work on the production floor.
| ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 路High self-motivation and attention to detail, ability to work without direct supervision 路Facilitate training modules within the Training Cell 路Offer specific training, coaching and feedback to help team members improve job skills 路Present information using a variety of techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures 路Assist in developing training procedures manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials 路Works with Human Resources and Supervision to reassign, disqualify, recommend, or suggest workforce readiness 路Coordinates with production management regarding placement of new team members 路Maintain certification in several areas of manufacturing and support roles, and remain flexible to work in those areas as needed 路Work with Opex team and support projects 路Demonstrate exemplary attendance and policy adherence 路Support and develop opportunities for improvement, both within the training department and in manufacturing operations 路Expectation to learn support roles and acquire leadership skills 路Maintain a clean and organized work area, also general housekeeping 路Assumes other duties as assigned by leadership 聽 THE MOST IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: 聽 路Primary resource and point of contact for new team members 路Present a positive and supportive environment with high energy 路Conducts training as scheduled, ensuring quality and accuracy of training delivery 路Conducts testing and evaluation events to determine trainee progress 路Monitors progress of new and existing team members towards gaining certifications 路Ensures training records are accurately created and maintained 聽 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 聽 路Extended time on feet 路Manual dexterity and hand to eye coordination with hand/power tools 路Frequent stooping, bending, walking, carrying, and lifting (up to 50 pounds) 路Light office duties and activities 聽 聽 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS): 聽 路Minimum of one year experience in Amarr manufacturing 路Minimum of six months using Navigator in Amarr manufacturing applications 路Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills 路Demonstrate successful ability to train, teach, and coach others 路Demonstrate ability to be flexible and work in many different areas with high proficiency 路Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel 路Ability to work effectively as a member of a team 路Demonstrated ability to coordinate, facilitate, and supervise multiple tasks simultaneously Our goal is to be a world-leading company that attracts diverse talent, where all team members feel safe being their true selves and are able to thrive in a work environment that promotes change, innovation, and provides equal access and opportunity. |
